"Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. "We were sadly disappointed with part of this stay. We travel frequently with Airbnb & Hotels.com. I return to Hotels because normally, we are very pleased. This was not one of those times. Our check-in was very long. We had to hand over passports a few times for they couldn’t find our reservation. We asked for hotel restaurant for some lunch. The gal who helped us check in wasn’t informed that there was indeed a spot we could have more than chips, snacks, as she said. Our room was beautiful...
