The property was fine clean and staff was friendly BUT I was charge $47 for incidentalas for 1 room and $25 for our other room… seems shady I’ll look closely at my receipt today at checkout

Renovating was v v noisy radio blasting pounding etc. I arrived around 3 and was exhausted but could not stay in the room bc of the loud disturbance. It would have Been good if I was warned ahead of time, so I would not have made my rez there.

Hotel was easy to get to off the interstate and within 10 minutes of Pueblo Memorial Hall for our show. My daughter enjoyed the pool while the adults visited.

The property was okay my poor rating was the surprise when I checked in. Property is "Pet Friendly" if you don't mind spending a $75 pet fee that was not on the reservation when I made it. Basically doubled the price of the room. Back to Choice Hotels for me

The room was excellent really spacious and the restroom too. The food was ok, loved the dining area and the front desk attendants were really nice and attentive!!!

Great place to stay when visiting Pueblo
Great place to stay when visiting friends, family, or exploring the area. The breakfast is tasty and there is always coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby. The bed was ok, not too hard or too soft, but never as good as what you have at home. Conveniently located and lots of parking.

Had to send (2) Techs down to complete some Fire Protection Inspections. They seemed to enjoy their stay, and said the Hotel was clean. We appreciate the accommodations for the night, while we completed the inspections. Thank you!

We stayed here with our 2 dogs. We have never traveled with them before and we asked for a ground level room and the desk gave us one and it was by an exit door making taking them outside so nice. The staff here was also so nice. The room was cean and spacious, the pool, and hottub was awesome. The breakfast was amazing and a savings all in itself. Any trip we make to Pueblo this will be only hotel we stay!

The front desk lady was rude as hell. I even watched her shred a guy in the lobby about a reservation issue. Very unprofessional very passive aggressive. Trash. I have been in the hospitality business for most of my life… there are better ways to handle business.

No frills not worth it
I expected more for $300 a night, hotel was a bit outdated, pool was cold, we had the complimentary breakfast, bacon was still raw, no butter or syrup for the waffles. Not bad but this hotel did not exceed my expectations.
