I see a lot of people putting bad reviews on the property and talking about the cleanliness or the upkeep but in all honesty it just is dated. I had one small issue with cleanliness and it was immediately taken care of. Hope and the lovely blonde lady that work there were both very kind and attentive. I came in to work from out if state and they had the best prices for my three day stay. You get what you pay for so this is not the Ritz, but the customer service is fantastic! Thank you, ladies for making sure we had a good stay ☺️

When I checked into the room it was stagnant kind of smelled smokey didn't look that clean the bathroom tub was stained and kind of dirty I did not have a bathroom mat or a towel to put on the floor I had to ask for one.... In addition to that my television did not work it had two remote controls did which did not work I contacted the front desk. Told the agent I really would like to watch television he tried to figure it out but eventually told me he would be back and he never came back so I went all night without being able to watch TV I want a refund on this day it was horrible

Me cobraron doble! entonces necesito que regresen mi dinero que tomaron a mi tarjeta con la que hize reserva porque no se porque Recepcion me dijo que mi tarjeta no habia pasado entonces me hicieron pagar en efectivo!!! Hable hoy al banco y ellos dicen que si se cobraron!!! Resuelvan eso Por favoraaa

I was contacted about 2 1/2 hrs before arriving to the location and we told the room I requested was under maintenance and if it was ok to switch rooms. I agreed thinking they would put me in similar accommodations I had requested a mobility room cause 1 of my children has a broken leg and mobility was limited.
We arrived to our room not being on the first level but the second level so I had to carry my kid and luggage upstairs, also had to wait 15 mins for my room to be clean and gone through it was almost 6 PM when we arrived. The breakfast provided was cold cereal, a juice machine and a small muffin. One thing i will say very positive was the beds were very comfortable.
