The studio we booked was clean and organized. The only bad experience I had was with the washing machines. They take forever to wash and dry. Overall the room was in good condition.

No ac and front desk staff were terrible about opening the parking gate when you leave and enter. Would have us waiting at the gate for minutes even after honking. Would recommend upgrading to an automatic system

Muy bonito buenas vistas solo tuve una limpieza no nos cambiaron las toallas ni sábanas dejamos puesto la ficha de limpieza en la puerta no más se metieron doblaron las toallas sucias y ni rollo nos dejaron dejaron la ficha adentro de allí en fuera todo bien

Todo estuvo excelente, es un lugar muy cómodo, te hace sentir que llegas a casa, es algo excelente que tengas refrigerador, te permite guardar comida y no preocuparte por que se descomponga. Solo tuve un detalle con el microondas, intenté usarlo, pero estaba sucio, el plato giratorio tenía comida de alguna renta anterior. Pero además de eso la estancia fue bastante cómoda.

Desde que llegamos la atención fue mala, me marcaron a la una y media de la mañana para decirme que bajara a pagar porque no se reflejó el cobro, nunca hicieron limpieza en la habitación nunca pusieron jabon ni papel higiénico

PÉSIMO! ME RECLAMARON QUE ME ROBE UNA TAZA,SABANA

Las sábanas estaban sucias y nuestra estadía era por 8 días y por tal motivo mandamos a lavar todas con forme pasaban los días sin molestar a la administración porque sabemos que a la larga no se cambia. Al final de nuestra salida, nos reclamaron que faltaba una sabana y estaban todas, se disculparon porque si están y nos reclamaron el faltante de una taza. Aclaro nunca me entregaron la habitación y me informaron que habían cierta cantidad de platos, vasos, tazas pedí que me la cobren porque al final no sabía que tenía que llegar a un hotel y contar todo lo que me entregaron. No me dieron control de la TV se fue a pedir y al final también reclamaron que no lo entregamos, de verdad cree alguien que me quiera robar una taza, una sabana, un control ? Pagando 8 días de estancia? Solo dos papeles sanitarios nos entregaron y para no molestar nosotros compramos los nuestros, al igual que detergente, fibras, sacando la basura nosotros mismos todos los días y dejando en óptimas condiciones el departamento y todo limpio. EN CONCLUSIÓN NO REGRESAMOS JAMÁS CON USTEDES. Tenemos un excelente historial de hoteles y rentas de casa e invitándolos a volver con ello. Es una pena ya que me fui por referencias que sería buena la estancia y pues me temo que no.

no fue la habitación que contrate ponen fotos que no son y cobran otra tarifa el estacionamiento sucio, el orden alterado por huéspedes muy escandalosos así como la mascota que ladraba mucho de otra habitación el portero no se enteró porque estaba durmiendo etc, etc
