「The hotel is in a great and safe area. The staff were more than helpful, Cecilia was one of the front desk staff that understood and spoke English without having to use a translator. Noashebell that hotel shuttle bus driver was friendly and helpful. Menu Ran Li went out her way to make sure our stay was exciting and comfortable. All the others played a role but those are a few names I got. The maids cleaned everyday with or without us in the room. Clean towels everyday, toothbrush, toothpaste,...

「I like the river view of my room and this is my 2nd time visit in 2026. Deeply appreciate for the birthday cake and roses from the hotel.」

「Fantastic hotel, great staff and service. Everything was on point.」

「Staffs like Koi were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is clean and close to many restaurants and shopping places. Would stay again.」
