"Check in was slow about 20min with the agent. Didn't get my rooms till 15-30mins after check in time. Mind you check out is 10am. Female at Kona pool bar was rude. And they automatically add tip there for horrible customer service. Kona pool slide was broken the whole time. Only 1 tram was running ..."
