We've used the Royal Hotel Regina as our base of operations for going on a decade now and will keep doing so. Some elements of the hotel are getting older but overall the rooms and facilities are well maintained and clean. The free breakfast is very convenient. And the prices are reasonable. The biggest draw to us, however, is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff! You couldn't ask for a more helpful group. "

"Stayed for our wedding night, room was upgraded. All staff treated us great from front desk to circa 27 staff mixing drinks for the wedding party, and to the room staff who left us a couple nice doughnuts and a congrats note. Great experience all around "

"Had specially booked a 2 bdr suite on Expedia. Call from lication next day stating no 2 bdrs available but confirmed a room with a pull out sofa. Arrived late at night and there was no pull out. Called available numbers right away, i was told i would be contacted by management to rectify and was never contacted at all during the week. Room needs 1 extra roll toilet paper, 1-2 more garbage bags, and a spatula. "
