「Excellent location, very clean and tidy. The only thing I found difficult was not having a key to the room or hotel..an electronic code is required to enter the room and you use an internet connection to open the door to the lobby. If you don't have a smart phone it is problematic, especially if you have no internet connection. The hotel was excellent apart from this.」

「The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...
