"Very classy apartment right downtown Milazzo. The host was very service minded and quick to respond. We stayed in the apartment two nights, separated by four days visiting the Aeolian islands, and the host organised secure luggage storage for us, which was a great help. Breakfast vouchers at a nearby cafe was a good solution for breakfast, allowing us to start the day with a taste of Sicily. Highly recommended."

When the tram is running its easy to get to downtown at moment buses do the journey from nearby square, easy wak.Mainland Ferry terminal is very close by, cautioun though if you have a big luggage take a taxi the 60 steps up to the road are a good climb."

Als wir am andern Abend eher etwas später nach Hause kamen fanden wir das Zimmer so an, wie wir es morgens verliessen, ausser das Bett wurde gemacht. Das Badezimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Abfalleimer war nicht geleert, die Kaffeetassen vom Vortag standen noch so wie wir sie nicht abgewaschen hingestellt haben noch da, sogar das Papier des Kaffees lag noch daneben. "Pleasant hostess, clean room, offsite breakfast is OK though we were asked to pay after the 2nd night until we mentioned Francisco. Parking is the big issue, free parking is only available on the beach road. Paid parking is available at local parking garage. Rocky beach nearby, sandy beach is half a kilometer away. Good location to catch bus to Isole Bella in Taormina. Everything worked well in the room."

"This hotel truly surpassed our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the cleaning staff did an amazing job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and clearly maintained with great attention to detail. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel special. We were also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the prices were for both food and transportation, especially compared with many other hotels we have stayed at. What stood out most was the care put into every aspect of the guest experience. The entire staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and everything felt well organized and thoughtfully done. It is rare to find a hotel that delivers so well across every area. We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We would happily return!"

"While the property at Atlantis Bay has a breathtakingly beautiful, what makes this hotel special is its kind and attentive staff. I cannot praise the general manager, housekeepers and front desk enough. They genuinely go out of their way to make you happy. As for the property, you can tell they take pride in keeping the rooms clean and updated. The amenities are fantastic and the private beach is a MASSIVE plus! It’s highly recommended."

"Exceptional, classic Italian beach side hotel. This is the tallest hotel in Isola Bella, and located beautifully above the beach and island. Pay the small amount extra to secure yourself a water/beach view and you will not regret it. Sunrise is a must, just open your blinds and step onto your terrace to enjoy, before going back to sleep until breakfast starts. There is a bus stop at the front of the hotel, you can wait in the shade. 200m to the steps down to the beach and mini markets with fantastic sandwiches are the same. Wow. Blown away."
