「The room was clean and the overall property was well-maintained. The location was good. The checkin process was a little unusual since there is no reception - it would have been much, much better with electronic locks. I think the property description is a bit misleading - the lift only takes you up 3 floors, then you have to walk up 2 more floors (with luggage) to the common area. Our room was the "panoramic view" room - the view was great BUT, the bedroom and bath were on two different floors...

「We are often nervous t happy with the online check-in process in Italy, but this one was easy and allowed us to pay our tax costs online during checkin.」

「The staff are very friendly and kind. The location is very close to many places to see including university of Bologna and National Art Gallery」

「Good room, good placement」

「Excelente em todos os aspectos!!! 」
