It was a great property and a great location. The only issue I had was the challenging staircase to get into the floor with the rooms! And the noise from the street and church bells was pretty significant in the morning!

Great location and nicely designed new room. Very clean. Breakfast unfortunately in another Building 5 minutes walk away, which is quite inconvenient. Very Limited breakfast time (8:30 to 10:00 only). Check out too early in my view for a holiday Location (10 am).

Great location, lovely room, fantastic hosts

The room was great, very clean with great amenities. The breakfast was lovely but best of all was Laura, our host, who was just so helpful. She recommended excellent restaurants and places to visit and just couldn't do enough for us. It is in lovely area with lots of great restaurants and bars close by and only 5 minutes from the piazza,

Pleasantly surprised

Good location, spacious room, quiet despite busy street. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed, but pillows weren't great. TV had no English channels. Breakfast is served at another location 5 minutes walk away. Kitchen available to make a tea or coffee but we had to provide our own milk

Nice modern R&B in the heart of Bologna with very helpful management. Room clean and comfortable. My one concern is that the building we were in no longer had breakfast service; we had to walk three blocks to get the included breakfast. Thos would have been less annoying if the commin kitchen had bern equipped with basics so we could make a simple breakfast for ourselves. Other than that, recommend this pleasant option.

Bra och lugnt läge i ett mysigt kvarter i centrala Bologna. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten var väldigt bra! Vi hade bokat rummet “Suite superior dependance” vilket hörde till deras annex på gatan Via delle Belle Arti 16. Vi blev lite förvånade när hotellet meddelade oss detta eftersom det inte framgick på Hotels.com. Men som sagt så var vi väldigt nöjda! Rummet låg i en stor lägenhet och det var även där som deras frukost serverades.

La camera era molto graziosa e pulitissima, il personale molto gentile, la posizione ottimale. Molto bello il lavoro di restauro fatto in un contesto storico a due passi dal centro. Anche la colazione, servita nell'altra sede di Via delle Belle Arti a pochi minuti a piedi, era adeguata alle aspettative e servita in un contesto ben curato. Per tutto questo davvero complimenti! Un aspetto che mi ha deluso è l'insonorizzazione, aspetto pubblicizzato anche sul sito e su cui contavo molto per mia sensibilità ai rumori - motivo che mi aveva spinta a scegliere questa e non altre proposte simili in zona. La finestra della stanza è sound-proof, ma non lo era la porta che dà sull'atrio in comune, né i muri in comune con le altre stanze. Sentivo i vicini entrare e uscire dalle stanze e dalla struttura, usare il bagno, parlare nelle altre stanze. Nulla di esagerato perché i vicini di camera erano civili, ma non c'era l'isolamento che avrei immaginato. Anche il piccolo frigo nella stanza era piuttosto rumoroso. Ho comunque apprezzato che la proprietà avesse preparato in camera dei tappi per le orecchie da usare in caso di bisogno.

Very good location, clean and comfy. Breakfast was in sister hotel 4min walking distance, what was no problem for us. We liked this home like atmosphere. If we went back to Bologna we definetly use Good Morging hotel.

B&B in pieno centro, a pochi passi di distanza dalle principali attrazioni di Bologna, tutte raggiungibili a piedi. Comodo l’ingresso alla struttura e in stanza tramite codice di accesso, che permette il check-in/out a qualsiasi ora. Stanza molto silenziosa, almeno quelle che affacciano sul chiostrino nel retro. Personale gentilissimo.

Great location! The room was quite comfortable and breakfast was simple but delicious. Daily cleaning could be much better - they didn't take off the garbage or even replaced the shampoo. Staff wasn't very welcoming except Laura who was very nice and friendly!
