"Great place but the noise from the concerts downtown echoes through the room till late in the night even on the 11th floor. Otherwise we loved location if you don’t need the sleep"

"Bill at the front desk greeted us and was very attentive to everything we needed and even gave us an upgraded room overlooking the capital building because it was our anniversary! We thoroughly enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Providence!"

Neptune, an Ash Hotel

Neptune, an Ash Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"It’s an older building but it’s got that older building charm where it feels updated in all the right ways without making it feel just dated. I find it comfy and the bathroom nice and large. No complaints"

Hotel Providence

10/10 Excellent
"Our room was clean and charming, the furniture was comfortable, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location, very walkable. My only caution is that there is a vagrant population in close proximity - but this is an urban location, you'll have this, and we were asked for handouts but not aggressively. Providence is a GREAT city to visit, we enjoyed the local restaurants. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend to friends."
