「Customer service! There was the smallest of issues with my original room, within two min of me messaging I had messages back and a phone call to fix everything. I have never had that level of care in a hotel stay! Rooms are lovely and comfortable. They are not like an ordinary hotel room in the very best way, they all have character. Will stay here again.」
