"A very mixed bag stay. Was the hotel clean and the rooms comfy? For sure! But there were several issues during our stay that lead to my 3 star review. We had to wait about an hour to check in - not a huge deal. I was told it was a staffing issue. The internet connectivity to the TVs was broken during our entire two night stay for two rooms so we couldn't watch anything. Staff did comp us some money but only after I asked. Ice machines are all broken, but you can ask at the Applebee's and they were accommodating. I ended up having a hold on my card for $400 more than what was quoted on this app and when I asked about that, apparently a new employee had messed up. It was resolved within 4 days of our stay. All in all you get what you pay for - this was a last minute booking at a cheaper price for the area. The front desk staff was helpful but seemed a little exasperated at everything that went wrong that weekend - I think other guests weren't as nice as we were about everything and I can only assume management didn't have their backs. If you are low maintenance and looking for a good deal this is it, just beware there might be some issues!"

The hotel made service cleaned my broom and gave me fresh towels every night without asking. It was a very comfortable mattress and pillows. No continental breakfast which I did not miss. I would recommend highly. "
