「The hotel needs to take into consideration the very low chairs which counted as sofas which are extremely uncomfortable. No table to eat only a small low coffee table and again extremely uncomfortable outside chairs. One small rack to hang your towels No space to place 2 toiletries bags. Staff were friendly enough. We won’t be returning to this hotel unfortunately on our next travels back to Crete.」

「We had a fabulous time at Oros Resort. The staff, especially, were universally fantastic – warm, friendly and professional and could not do enough for us. Even though it caters to families, it is also a great romantic couples resort. With separate pools for families and adults and a lot of space it always feels calm, quiet and relaxed. 「A few broken tiles, towel hooks hanging of the wall and poor painting. Slippery shower with missing door with poor lighting in loo and shower. Hot tub smelt of bleach. Wasnt worth the money. Breakfast made up for it but wont visit again」

「The staff and the hospitality are the best features of the hotel! We have thoroughly enjoyed the daily breakfasts, the spa and its services, the pools, the beach, and our own plunge pool. The live music and live DJ were also nice features to entertain the guests. We would stay here again!」

「Had a wonderful stay here. The property is charming with a lot of character and a perfect central location. The “superior” room was spacious and bright and the staff were incredibly friendly. The cleaning staff especially were so kind and sweet. The shower did switch temperatures from hot to warm back and forth which was odd but that was the only thing we noticed. Overall fantastic and highly recommend!!」

The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up...
