「One night stay at this place for our backpacking trip. Love the location and cleanliness. Didn’t have much daylight left by the time we settle down for the night. Took a little stroll to take a glimpse of what’s left of the sunset. It sure was beautiful. 」

「Probably the nicest view I have ever experienced at a resort. The entire property is stunning. The food was excellent , especially so at Welina Terrace. They could use a little work on the service, no major complaints, but a few hiccups. The staff is very friendly and makes every effort for there guest's. The rooms are nice, but are quite small. For me, the beds were too soft. The views are so stunning at this property , that any minor deficiencies are immediately forgotten.」

「Hotel was nice enough. Directions to our room were not clear at all. Staff talked too fast, too quiet, marked up a map in a sloppy, not helpful way so we roamed the property before having to ask for help. Construction made access to our room with heavy bags challenging as they had to be carried up and down a handful of stairs. It would have been nice to have vending machines available in building 1 not just water and ice. Parking was additional cost and also confusing. Valet staff were the best...

「Beautiful property. The rooms were large and clean. The pool is huge. Walking around the property and seeing the gardens is amazing. The only problem was the Luau staff at the hotel. They were very rude and would yell at you to get out of the way, and you were not allowed to stand on your walk back to your room for a minute because you didn't pay for their Luau. Which, btw was mostly filled with people not staying at the hotel.」
