「Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

「Only two staff trying to run hotel. Had to wait for a table then service, even though the restaurant only had a couple of people in it. As the girl couldn’t run everything, not her fault. Food was terrible and dry with brown coleslaw. The hotel didn’t seem that busy considering it was Easter weekend. Had the same problem I at the other Premiere Inn hotel in Exeter last year.」

「English style hotel. Convenient to go Exeter town centre. I like the breakfast.」

「Simon was a very polite host but we had a few issues with our stay. The apartment is near a nightclub and on one night had to pass our way through the crowd to enter. It wasn't just the noise from the nightclub but also pigeons in /behind the bedroom wall which made it very hard to sleep. We told Simon who kindly offered us another room but at that point we'd decided to leave early. Whilst the place was clean and tidy it had poor shower pressure, limited storage and a faulty TV. Maybe we were...
