「The room was comfortable and clean. Bed was super comfortable as well, I had a great night sleep. The shower had good pressure.」

「Expedia customers rarely get main-floor rooms. Not surprisingly, my room was on the 2nd floor. I am a senior and asked for a main floor room as there is no elevator. That request was declined. I asked for assistance with my luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. That was declined.」
