「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「Our room was clean and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful when we told them we had inadvertently left our suitcase at home. One of them even went so far as to give me a new curling iron that was in her car, plus combs and toothbrushes/toothpaste from the desk. How very kind!!」

「It looks like Quality Inn just bought the property and is fixing it up. Unfortunately the room we stayed in was not remodeled and yet was at a price we would associate with a much nicer room. Not at the standard I have come to expect from Quality Inn.」

「There was broken blinds, the coax cable was broken, no tv signal, dirty sink, no mattress cover. This was room 327. Front desk moved me to room 328. When I walked in room was dirty used and had not been cleaned, bed all undone and keys on counter. I had to go back to 327. Horrible experience I would like my money back. 」
