「We had such a wonderful stay at the Sonnenalp! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. We really appreciated the complimentary SUV service, which made getting around Vail so easy. Huge shout-out to Russell—he went above and beyond with recommendations and genuine hospitality. The location can’t be beat—just a 5-minute walk to the gondola—and the ski valet at Gorsuch made skiing with kids effortless. The holiday activities were a blast!...

「酒店工作人员服务热情，给人感觉良好。酒店与租雪具的商店相邻，租的用具和自带用具交给工作人员，他们就会送到缆车站旁的存放点，自己穿着平常衣服到那再换非常方便，那里还免费提供高品质的防晒霜，工作人员很专业，基本的需求不用说他们都会主动提出。」

「寝具包括枕头太软没有硬一点的枕头，被子太厚不透气，因为这些原因没有睡好，如果能注意一下就更好了。还有洗澡水有点忽冷忽热。 服务人员的服务非常好，热心的帮我拿雪具到门口还指路怎么走到缆车，寄雪具的服务生服务也很好很耐心。」

「True ski in/out hotel, view was of the parking lot, but every view in Vail is beautiful so no issues there. The hotel staff and housekeeping were all very attentive. Prime location for everything, had a wonderful experience and will book again!」

「Wonderful staff」

「Lovely condo with a view to the woods. Spacious for 4 adults. Beds were super comfy and the floor plan was great, with the living area separating the 2 bedrooms. We took advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. It was a hot weekend so we were very thankful for the A/C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the condition of the shower door, which really needs replacing and some caulking. Overall we really liked the location which made for a quieter stay. We’ll go back...
