「This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites. We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children. Thanks for such a great stay & your hospitality!」

「Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. 」

「We stayed for four nights at the Palazzo Sant Agostino, which is centrally located in the Capo market area. Like much of Palermo, it is a very characterful (shabby-chic) building. Our first night was in Room 7 which is downstairs in the garden area - which was a bit dark and got quite noisy in the morning (as it is underneath where breakfast is served). However the staff kindly moved us to Room 3 on the first floor which was more comfortable. The staff were super helpful overall, providing...

「Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days.
