「Bedding was dirty. Was over charged and then went negative in my account. Caused an over draft and was told the manager could not be reached and that only the refund could be issued. Told if I wanted it possible fixed that I would have to contact the manager myself on Monday. When I asked why the manager couldn’t reach out to me if this was an important issue and an error on their side why I would have to reach out in order to make things right.
