"I would unfortunately not recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel asked for an extra payment once we got there although we already paid online. Room was dirty, small, no fan, furniture was old and very used. There was nobody at the front desk. WIFI barely worked. Staff kept taking WiFi away and we had no connection at night. We had to take a fan from another room because it was very hot at night, staff members took it away at 3 am as we were leaving on the tour. Uber drivers struggled finding the hotel during the day and night.
It’s an OK hotel for a night or two, or to store luggage. Close to the airport. "

"If you are accustomed to Western comforts, DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! The property did not have air conditioning and the power kept going out and the power controlled the water as well. The management demanded a resort fee when it was just a basic apartment without additional amenities. I stayed in the room for 3 hours but had to leave because it was too hot and I couldn’t use the fan or take a shower. They refused to refund my $60 “resort fee” they asked me to pay in cash and I didn’t get a refund of my purchase price through Travelocity. I booked another hotel room which cost me time and another taxi fee to get to that location. The price is cheap for a reason! "

"The bed was comfortable. Linens clean. Bigger than expected for 4 adults. Very limited silverware and dishes. Tiki resturant was good. We didn't try the Asian resturant. There was an Asian market, but very small and only accepted cash. Excellent airport transfer. "

"Staff was amazingly friendly and quick with any requests. Beautiful property with lush garden and an awesome view of the edge of Kigali (serene, less city). Breakfast was delicious and the price was really unbeatable."
