「The property is okay. In the morning around 7 am or so, we were wake by a big rumbling noise last for a while. The troubled issue for us is the wifi, the signal is so weak, we didn't get any.」

「Nice clean room in a convenient location. However, it was warm so needed to keep the windows open (and didn't see the plug-in fan until the next morning). Note that this location is on a noisy tram line so it was very hard to sleep with the windows open! There is no staff at this location, which can be a plus or minus, just make sure to pay exact attention to how to key in the codes. I would not stay here again.」

「Lage: Nur wenige Gehminuten zu den U- bzw. S-Bahn-Anschlussstellen Eberswalder Straße und Schönhauser Allee. Ein REWE ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, die Schönhauser Allee Arcaden sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es auch eine Vielzahl von Restaurants. Mein Zimmer in der 3. Etage war auch ruhig, vom Straßenlärm habe ich nichts mitbekommen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist gut, sogar eine Amazon-Alexa war vohanden. Die Gemeinschaftsküche hat mir ebenfalls gut gefallen,...

「Nydelig strøk. God online service. Stille og fredelig om natten. Litt forfalt etter at hotellet har fått ny eier. Trist at det ikke er frokostservering lenger. Veldig hard madrass i sengene.」

「Spacious room with enough room for our suitcases to unpack. Comfortable bed, clean linens and very clean shower. Close to public transportation, bakery, Italian restaurant, shops, shopping mall, and lots of other stores close by. Easy to access, quiet place, no disturbance by others. Friendly communication. It was enough for what I needed it for: sleeping. We did not use the TV, fridge, kitchen, courtyard trashcans etc. so I cannot say anything about it. Definitely, good enough to return again.」

「We were in Berlin for the record heat wave and this hotel saved us! They not only had air conditioning but when one of our rooms ac was not working, they gave us a new room. The location is great! There is literally a tram stop right in front and it’s only 2 stops from Alexanderplatz, the central metro station, with lots of shops and restaurants. It was comfortable, clean and convenient.」

「The hotel is located near supermarket, laundry and bus station. quiet convenient~ we reserved one double room isn't included toilette and bathroom, but just near toilette. It's a little noisy when someone walks in corridor and closes their door of room. We stayed here 5 nights. It's our experience here.」

「Tolle Wohnung. Super eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, insgesamt eine gut, ausgestattete Küche. Als Parkplatz empfehle ich das Conti-Parkhaus an der Kulturbrauerei. Es kostete nur 15 Euro am Tag (Juni 2026).」

「Snikheet op de kamer ook in de ontbijt ruimte boven de 30 graden minimum vorige weekend, wel een ventilator voorzien maar werkt niet naar behoren, bij een andere vragen was het niet beschikbaar voor een goed werkende. geen verse handdoeken de tweede dag, ontbijt basic maar goed ,alleen de fruitsap wordt niet koel geserveerd maar op kamertemeratuur warm. De laatste nacht vergeten de deur in slot te draaien om 2u s,nachts kwam een naakte man onze kamer binnen. Het was geen aangenaam verblijf」
