「Maravilhoso. O hotel é muito bem localizado e o processo de checkin/checkout foi todo on-line, muito prático. Cama muito confortável e chuveiro ótimo. Facilidade pra usar a lavanderia do hotel, self service, sem custo. Recomendo com certeza. 」

「Køkkenet har de fleste ting, man har brug for og badeværelset er fint. Det ville være rart med rengøring lidt oftere end en gang om ugen, når man har syv overnatninger, men man har mulighed for selv at hente en støvsuger i rengøringsrummet. Området hvor Smartments ligger er kedeligt, men der er heldigvis mange transportmuligheder i nærheden og også flere supermarkeder.」

「Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und ordentlich eingerichtet .Es hat an nichts gefehlt . Tolle Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel . Check in und Check out hat sehr gut funktioniert . Guter Preis für Berlin . Umgebung nicht besonders schön ,aber vollkommen ok. Einzige Kritik, der Fußboden war nicht gereinigt. Bin in Strümpfen gelaufen und hatte nicht meine Haare und Schmutz dran.」

「They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. 」

「Eine sehr schöne, saubere und geräumige Unterkunft zentral in Berlin im Gebäude im gemütlichen Hinterhof. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht; diverse Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in Laufnähe. Check-in und Check-out routiniert einfach bei Limehome! Einziges Manko ist der fehlende Lift, das ist in der 5. Etage mit viel Gepäck etwas müßig - aber hält fit!」

「The apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in berlins city centre, just a 5-10 minute walk to the S Bahn which had direct trains to the airport. There was also a U Bahn close by but we didnt use it, as we just walked around the city which is very flat. We loved the fact we could access the luggage room early on the day we arrived and also on the day we checked out, so we could explore ths city care free on our arrival and prior to our flight home. You just need your phone, Internet and access...

「入住當天早上11點才發mail給key,已經在路上怎有wifi可收，office 上班時間是下午3點，我們在門口不得而入，等到4點多才有人上班，還打了國際電話確認，接電話也搞不清楚狀況....」

「The apartment was so spacious and clean. We really liked how quick and easy it was to get from the bus stop from the train station. There is a convenient store across the street. The building was great and we enjoyed the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Elevator so nice to have. We were very happy with our stay. 」

"It’s a crowd place with crowds flowing. Convenient to take public transportation but again, wouldn’t be nice and clean at the traffic center. There’s no warm water for showering. It’s either old or burning. The water temperature switches itself without anybody touching and it actually burned my skin. Shower cap was ripped. Well, I would say good location if you’re transferring; nice, kind and helpful staffs; but the hotel facilities are in shabby condition. "

A bit Overrated.

"This hotel I think is overrated. The room fixture was a bit dated. The shower room was very small. Some of the tiles was broke. The shower gel is bottle is too small. Is very difficult to pour out the conditioner. They should consider change to brand or do something. Good thing about this hotel is Hotel is located at a very good location. The breakfast was very good. Staff is good (especially Lorena at the check out desk). I wrote a check in bad experience and they immediate response and sent me a bottle of wine for apology. Very responsive. "
