「We honestly should have stayed in the hotel next door. I was expecting cleaner and the outside of the hotel has zero places for dogs to potty. There is a big trashy trailer park right behind that lines the property. I guess my expectations was too much.」

「Check in was horrible, front desk attendant could not explain anything to us during check in. Ran 2 transactions off my card and proceed to run two more without my knowledge. Attempted to run a 5th transaction after I had checked out 2 days later. Result is I have now overpaid for my rooms and after a week have not received a refund for the overpayment.
