「When we arrived, we were assigned a room at the back of the hotel in a secluded area. Unfortunately 3 youths were hanging out drinking and smoking pot in this area. The host at the counter was understanding and reassigned us a room on the upper level. The room itself was VERY dated and in poor repair. Stains all over the carpet, dirty fridge, non-existant towel rack in the bathroom but holes from where it was ripped from the wall were still there. My wife avoided the comforter like it was the...

「The boxspring was broken so if you sat on one corner of the bed, it would hit the floor. We were on the fourth floor, and there was no water pressure. The showerhead was just a trickle. It was hard to rinse soap off of our bodies.」

「Arrived and asked if they were fully booked the front desk informed that no they were not. I travelled with my 80 year old father whom can barely walk. I asked for a room close to the entrance she informed me that we are near a door. We got to the 4th floor to find our room more then half way down the all and the door that was near was for a flight of stairs... Breakfast was cold and was hoping to find some fresh fruit but nothing was available. 2/5 stay」
