"Staff was good but the key card machine wasn’t working so you had to be let in with a master key everytime. That was a pain. I’m sure it is resolved now but a power outage caused it and it wasn’t working 24 hours later. "

"Checking in to the room was a simple friendly process after I figured out how to get into the property….to clarify finding the correct entrance that leads to the correct doors is s as bit confusing and the doors do not have accessibility features unless you walk around to the parking lot side which was extremely icy. The room itself was very spacious with a very tiny washroom the size of a closet with the door opening into the small space between the door and toilet. Breakfast was your typical hotel fare but the hostess lady was quite rude when the waffle batter knob broke off and batter continued to pour out which made for a terrible start to our day. Also it was really spread out throughout the room so not easily identifiable."
