「Nice, clean hotel. Bedroom had a massive bed with fresh, crisp linen. Bathroom is nice and modern. Fresh towels daily. Pool towels provided on request. Breakfast was continental style which is fine for us. We could sit poolside for breakfast. The staff are all very helpful but unobtrusive. The vibe is very chilled and peaceful. 「It’s not really a 4 star hotel, room and amenities not reach standard. Not much offer other than the pool. Breakfast just standard and it’s very inconvenience without a car. Front desk is not friendly and provide information. The positive is room with large balcony and close the small beach. It’s not worth for stay」

「Check in the room was not ready which was not an issue. However the receptionist was going to offer us a room to change in and then was it seemed overruled by his supervisor which was poor. Room itself was ok apart from a wet used towel left beside the safe! Also disappointed that there was no kettle with tea/ coffee in the room which is pretty well the norm in hotels this day. A average stay which with a bit more focus on customer care could have been excellent.」

「Very nice hotel 5 min walk into albufeira square, bit of a steep hill to get back but not too bad. Staff extremely helpful when I moved from the first hotel I'd booked (it was awful) Room very clean, shower good although I prefer a cubicle it was ok over the narrow bath. 「Very run down hotel, although the rooms are clean enough. Room very basic, had to run round very small in need of magga update shower cubicle to get wet hardly any water flow. Continental breakfast very Continental hardly any choice. At the very top of albufeira old town so, very steep long walk back and very steep staircase to hotel. Moved after one night to much nicer hotel. Do not stay here.」
