「The hotel is in great shape being fairly new. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We have the 2 bedroom suite with living room and full kitchen, the beds are comfortable and the sofa was decent for a 3rd bed option. 「Everything was perfect except the initial check in. I travel a LOT for work and had saved rewards to pay for hotels while traveling to vacation destination. Upon checking the gentleman told me to slide my card to pay and when I told him it was already paid for he wasn’t having it nor did he want to look into it when I was trying to explain. Thankfully the young lady sitting there took over and showed him how to process. 」
