「Great views! Staff were friendly, food was delicious. We missed lunch by 30 minutes but had bar food available. Amenities included an outdoor unheated pool, an indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, and gym. Clean comfortable rooms. Bathroom was a little dated. Plenty of parking (other than we arrived during an event so lot was full). A solid, 4 star hotel! Would recommend if you are staying overnight in Nordeste.」

「Welcoming and helpful staff, comfy beds, beautiful grounds and views and so much peace and quiet! We stayed in early April and the weather was beautiful but unpredictable (as usual in the Azores) and our room stayed a comfortable temperature the entire time without using the thermostat. The only change I'd make is more variety at breakfast and more opportunity to try the Azorean beef at dinner! 」

If you don't mind simple food laden with cheese, then the Pool Bar is fine. If you want something before 8.30pm, then you have to go outside the Hotel.
