El hotel tiene buen potencial, pero para cobrar €160 por noche con desayuno, tiene que funcionar el aire acondicionado, mejorar la ducha, la iluminación, el servicio de recepción, el desayuno, los colchones y las toallas del baño. Es un hotel de dos estrellas que no justifica el precio, aunque en agosto puedan aprovechar la falta de hoteles en Furnas en temporada alta.

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vale. The location was excellent for the Furnas area, easy to get to several tourist areas. Free convenient parking and was very secure. The breakfast was good with meats, cheeses, breads and fruit and pastries. Hotel is located very close to many good restaurants. The staff was amazing, especially Juliana, Juliana gave us some amazing tips on what to see and best ways to get places. The other staff were very friendly too. Hotel Vale definitely made our stay in Furnas relaxing and memorable. Definitely would recommend Hotel.

What lovely people. From the moment we arrived through to leaving Furnas, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They excelled making us feel welcome, carrying our luggage, suggesting itineraries, helping us organise taxis and making us feel genuinely valued guests. The breakfast was delicious and the room spacious and characterful. Highly recommended

We were welcomed warmly and offered tea while we checked in. Juliana took the time to inform us about the area and how best to enjoy our stay. Breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for long showers.

Hassle free check-in (earlier check in was available for us) by a very welcoming and attentive staff. The room was very nice, clean, bright and had comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast was more than adequate. They also had parking on property, which was super convenient. Location is great: near eateries and grocery stores and yes...the hot springs. Love it and would be back again. Thank you, Hotel Vale Verde!

The room felt neglected. It was clean but the bathroom is in great need of an update and appears moldy and worn down. The beds are very hard and the room is musty. Breakfast was fairly good.

Staff was friendly, the hotel was conveniently located in the town. I took us only 10-15 minutes to walk to spas. Breakfast was moderate. Free parking is possible right across the street.
