「Convenient locatiin」

「Received a parking charge even though we went to reception on arrival and correctly wrote our car registration correctly on a form provided by staff. Wife rang hotel today and person who answered automatically guessed what the issue was suggesting this is a very common issue with this hotel. He took the expedia booking number and apparently got it cancelled. I rang separately to ask why this happened and hotel staff could offer no explanation which is quite worrying, so please be aware when...

「It is listed as: Entire apartment, Sleeps 2, Popular amenities, Self-parking included, Garden, Free Wi-Fi. The term Entire apartment is missleading. The fact is it is a room in a house. It is ensuit. This room is on the 1st floor. The Kitshen is shared and is on another floor. There is double bed, so technically you can have 2 people sleeping on the same bed. There is single parking lot infront of the house, but there are other parking lots walking distance from the house, for free. There is...

「First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.」

「I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process」

「Apart from me having to contact them and the stress of getting and returning the keys place and staying were great and hoatwas excellent at sorting it out just process and key access needs to be improved」

「Filty from the entrance to the kitchen and toilet. I coukd not have a shower or use the kitchen. The room is fine. The advert says private bathroom but it was shared. I had to go downstairs to the back of the kitchen to get to the toilet. Wont come back. 」

「Very clean and sufficient for my needs for a one night stop over. Single room. Some issues with a door to the bathroom, but problem resolved swiftly even late at night. Hong, the manager/owner? of the facility was very helpful and resolved the problem swiftly and with good natured manner. Would recommend to others, on the basis of the room I used.」

「The host was very kind and helpful. The room was small for three people, and hot. It was right on the road so we had to keep the window closed all night. Perhaps an upstairs room would be more comfortable. The stay was certainly fine, but quite simple/basic.」

「Great hotel for the price ..breakfast was surprisingly good considering its free..hotel hard to find even with 2 different post codes.all in all not bad at all..some people might think £11 for the car park is expensive」
