「Kitchen is downstairs. No cooking in rooms. No AC just fans. Started getting hot in April already 90. You can cool off in the pool, which they keep clean. I stayed in the apartment with living room, private bathroom and separate bedroom. I ask for my cleaning man days and Thursdays. Showers are cool not hot. Very nice. 」

「I wish i took pictures of the bathroom bathroom needs an uograde no housekeeping and no bottle water it was good for a short stay but any longer I wouldve left not to far from the town which isnt bad 」

「Not the hotels fault, but that road leading to the hotel sucks it’s really bad and i was in a pickup truck . Very bumpy and wild. Not fun at all . Hotel is 2 stars at best. However staff was great 5 stars to them , very attentive and courteous . They did the best they could to make us happy and that made a big difference . 」

「Friendly and helpful service from the staff. For example, Laurent at reception organised a walking tour of Maderas volcano for me. The rooms on the first floor with volcano views from the veranda are great - worth paying extra for. Tasty, generous breakfast. Good location, walkable to ferry, and shops and restaurants of Moyogalpa. 」
