Clean, comfortable room with nice hot shower. A little crowded with Buffett patrons on arrival. Service in restaurant good but very slow. A little noisy due to central shared walkways and pool area.

This is a beautiful hotel and the free breakfast choice was incredible. My young granddaughter enjoyed the indoor playground as well as the one across the street from the hotel. I was there with a group (12 adults.one child) for 4 nights. Sometimes, members of the group just chose to hang out at the hotel instead of doing other activities in the area.

Great hotel. Beautifully restored building, lovely pool generous breakfast and very friendly staff. We really liked Rivas there is a great market in the middle of town, a nice park, huge church and lots of good sodas.

Great stay at the gran hotel Victoria. Appreciated the central location, and the restaurant was excellent— especially the breakfast included with the room. The bed was a little too firm, and our hot water didn’t work very well. But overall, we loved the hotel, and would stay there again any time we are in Rivas.

😀 staff were excellent 😔 booked a suite with garden - not really a garden - plastic grass - looking internally. No external windows all windows were internal and gave no privacy. It felt like a very expensive prison cell. No kettle for a suite!!! even low budget rooms gave us kettles. When i used the communal bathroom at breakfast they were dirty and not even paper to dry your hands. Quite frankly a rip off

This is a beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. Please give Ali at the front desk a raise. He was so helpful at check-in. Definitely the place to stay in Rivas for comfort, cleanliness, and location.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Hot water and solid internet. It’s located on the main square so it can be noisy. It was Purísima when I visited so fireworks at 6am. Not what I really wanted to wake up to
