I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right in front of Granada’s beautiful Central Park, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel has beautiful decor and a charming atmosphere, and the entire crew was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast buffet. The selection and presentation could be a little more inviting. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel was lovely. Just the right amount if quirkiness and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely too. The room was tiny but it served a purpose and was right next to the shared bathroom (which hardly anyone else was using)

I had stayed at Socialtel when it was a Selena property 3 years ago. They maintained offering programming which is great. Seems to be a lower season so it wasn’t very busy. Most staff were pleasant. Room was darker than I expected but it had what we needed for a one night stay.

The rooms do not have a TV, microwave, or refrigerator. That is the only downside I found; otherwise, everything was fine. The service and staff attention—with the exception of the laundry service—were excellent. The laundry service, however, was horrible: they sent the clothes back completely wrinkled, didn't fold the shirts or pants, and just bunched them all up into a ball—that really made me quite angry.
