「While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

「We were in town for a baby shower and didn't take advantage of all that this hotel has to offer. However, the room was very clean, we had an accessible room and could see all that was put into action for those in need. The beds were comfortable and the noise level was very acceptable (but it was a Sunday night). My daughter used the outside patio at night and others used the pool to their satisfaction. The location and price was the reason we stayed here and have experienced these same positive...

「The doors were unlocked with everything cleaned and ready for guests. Once we closed our room door we unlocked it with the last 4 digits of our phone number. We never saw staff but we were well taken care of and enjoyed the ease of coming and going 」

「Bathroom floor was a little dirty, and sink plug didn’t work right, and was missing a lightbulb in bedside lamp. Otherwise room was good for a low price. Orange and apple juices at breakfast were mostly water, but otherwise typical continental breakfast.」

「Every area of the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious in the area was meticulously cleaned! Beth was an amazing help and provided a friendly smile and sufficient support when needed.」

「The only critique I have is the pillows. I am a bit picky about the pillows at hotels but every thing else was good!! I like more flat firm pillows and they either to plush or too smooshie… breakfast was good. Wish for more topping options for yogurt and eggs」

「The views are spectacular! We arrived on a sunny warm day. We sat out on the patio and enjoyed the view. We were told there was no delivery in town, so we grabbed a pizza and enjoyed that in the patio, as well. The room was very comfortable. The sunrise was even better! We could see it right from our bed, so no need to even get up to see it! Would recommend!」

「clean room staff was friendly and it was a great stay breakfast was fresh and the bar had a great selection overall it was a 10 out of 10. i would recommend this place to everyone that goes to galena. also it had a shuttle bus from the hotel to main street we had a wonderful time on our 35th anniversary 」
