「Positano is not for the weak of walking, if you can't or have large issues with walking this is not the place for you unless you have a Sherpa. That being said, Villa Yiara is fantastic, this was an anniversary trip for us so yes, we splurged and paid for the suite. The staff is so helpful. They have a list of restaurants to try and one of them even has a driver that will pick you up and return you to your hotel at no charge,, but tip the driver please. Our suite was fantastic and in the morning...

The views are incredible, and it was about a 12 minute walk to the beach. Chiara was very helpful and attentive if we needed anything at all! 「We had a wonderful stay at Casa Gabriella. The villa is beautiful, clean, and looks exactly like the photos. The highlight was the outdoor bath with stunning sea views. Location is perfect—just 5 min walk down the steps to the beach and shops, and only a minute uphill to more restaurants. Diana is a fantastic host, very friendly and always ready to help—she even arranged taxis and shared local info. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Positano. 」

「We loved our stay! Salvatore, Angelo and the entire staff were fabulous. The breakfast was excellent and they had accommodations for my dietary needs (gluten and dairy free). The view is worth every penny! We loved the private water access and hot tub. The walk to Amalfi is beautiful and there are amazing restaurants just nearby as well. We definitely recommend!」
