Everyone was kind, helpful, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for\. Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they took the time to find the answer and help us in every way they could\. Their hospitality truly made our stay special\. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and in a very convenient location\. If I could give this hotel six stars, I absolutely would\! "Incredible, one of a kind stay at the Poseidon! Not only is the hotel property itself amazing (pool, restaurant, bar, secret bar, balcony rooms, stunning views) AND the staff are the most helpful (booked dinner reservations, booked a hair appointment for my wife, predict all your needs), BUT ALSO the location might be the best in Positano. It is right on the main (only) road going down towards the beach so you have an easy, gradual walk past all the main shopping as well as right next to the main stairs for a fast-track to the beach. We will stay here everytime we go to Positano! Grazie mille!"
