「Only real complaint was there strict no unregistered guests in the hotel room policy. We shouldn't be relegated to hanging out with friends only in the common area of the hotel. We booked a room with a jacuzzi and had 0 complaints. Staff promptly fixed the few issues that we encountered, the views were to die for and the AC worked great. He even arranged for transportation for us to pick us up from the Naples train station. $170 euros but worth it if you have a lot of luggage.
