It also provide panoramic views of Port Phillip Bay, Bass Strait and the Rip at Port Phillip Heads. This shot is the view of a ship passing through the Rip between the heads of Port Phillip Bay. There is only 1 kilometre of navigable water as coral reefs consume the remaining 2.5 kilometres between the heads.
