"All great, except the noise from the hallway. It would be great to soundproof the room doors."

"Check-in = horrible - we did not feel "welcome" at all. Room - overall, very good - a coupe of issues - but nothing major - just disappointing issues for a 4-star hotel. Bar food - not great - was not hot enough - felt very "rushed". Check-out - whilst not as bad as check-in - it was still not great. 1 big shock - hotel charges €15 for parking over-night. I find that unacceptable for a 4 star hotel that is effectively in the middle of a field. Overall feeling/comment on stay: It was abundantly clear from our stay that the hotel was being run as a conveyor belt hotel – i.e.: get them in, get them out and do the least amount as possible as we can – but still over-charge them for everything. Grant it – at the end of the day – it’s an “airport hotel” – and those sort of hotels have now made it very clear that service is going to be sub-standard. But my issue here was that it was a four star hotel – so immediately, and rightly, my expectations are set at four star level. But when all you experience is 3-star service – then it just ruins the stay. Would I recommend it – yes and no. If all you need is a 1 night base by the airport – then fine (provided the price is right) – but if you are looking to stay longer and are going away as a couple/romantic getaway – then avoid it – you’ll be bitterly disappointed."

"Great overnight stop close to Terminal 2"

"The rooms were great. The hotel was great. The staff at the hotel were great. The shuttle bus in the morning however had a rather surly driver who refused to drop anyone at Terminal 2, insisting he could only stop at bus stop 16, which is past terminal 1. This necessitated a 10min walk with bags. While I was okay with this and had luckily factored in the extra time, others struggled and were confused as to why hotel staff had instructed us to tell the driver to stop at terminal 2, to then only be confronted with an abrupt NO from the driver in the morning. I accept there may be a legitimate reason he can’t stop (risk of a fine perhaps) but the conflicting messages with no explanation was unsettling. "

"Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. The lounge area isn’t great and no snacks available outside the restaurant. Not even a pack of peanuts. Only one person behind the bar who has to serve customers as well as collect glasses and clean tables so something suffers if the place has a few customers. "

"Clean hotel with large comfy room. The food was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. "

"Room was clean and there were shops nearby. Only complaint is that the pub had music/bass shaking the walls until the early hours. I should have done more research so that is my issue."

"Lovely hotel on the beach"

"Room was lovely, my husband's side of the bed was a little uncomfortable because the box spring clips seemed to be broken but he didn't mention anything to me until we left. We had a view of the golf course with a little view of the ocean."
