「Bath room leaking so changed to another room but that room heating is somehow not working properly」

「The apartment itself was spacious, clean and well located, and overall we liked the property. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the noise at night. Our apartment faced the train/tram line directly outside the windows, and it ran throughout the night, making it extremely loud and very difficult to sleep. For such an otherwise comfortable apartment, the lack of sound insulation was disappointing. I think the proximity to the tracks and potential nighttime noise should be communicated more...

「Clean, spacious comfy stay, with great facilities. However, no air conditioning for summer so the room was very hot」

「The customer service was terrible, the check in was at 3 but we got in the apartment at 4:15 and they were not responsive and rude! The mattress was awful couldn’t even sleep on it. Do not recommend this place」

「During our stay, the hotel front desk staff and the breakfast restaurant staff warmly welcomed us and provided very attentive service.」
