This was my third stay at Hotel Windsor and the amenities within the room were disappointing. The hotel hallways and space within the room felt sterile or uncomfortable. The bathroom did not have common toiletries. However, the front reception staff was incredibly helpful in calling taxis and making restaurant recommendations and reservations.

We got a room close to the street on the second floor. It was noisy and woke us up, especially once the street trains started running around 5ish. The breakfast was amazing though. The location was great; we could easily take a subway to Duomo and the train to the airport.

Really good 4 star hotel just ten minutes walk/tram ride from Milan central stn. Tram 9 stops right outside hotel. The hotel is modern, clean with large rooms and bathroom with bath and shower. only downside was there are no tea/coffee making in rooms. The hotel offers an extensive buffet breakfast. It is ideally situated to access tram or metro to all parts of Milan. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The cleanness, service, breakfast…everything was perfect! The bathroom was amazing! There were two bathrooms. The staff were super kind and heartwarming. The breakfast was incredibly great! It was much more delicious than other restaurants. If I visit Milan again, I’d love to come back.

Vary good location. Next to tram stop and five minutes walk to metro and 15 minute walk to Milan Centrale main line station. Room was excellent, vary clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. One very minor point was could not get the bath plug to stay down, but shower was excellent anyway.

Great hotel.

Delighted with the hotel, great room, very quiet from the street outside and also the Alcon which was whisper quiet. Everything looked and felt very new and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast and the restaurant was an added bonus. Highly recommended for a stay in Milan.

The hotel is in a good location as you can walk to the Metro. The train station is one stop away on the Metro. There are restaurants and bars that you can walk to as well. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The staff are extremely nice and very helpful. We had a wonderful breakfast buffet included in our room package. I recommend this hotel.
