The staff were very friendly and helpful!! The property is clean and well maintained, and the rooms were lovely and well-appointed. The shower was great! The only dislike was the amount of perfume used in the lobby and hallway areas- literally clouds of it! Should either do without or should use a mild scent like citrus or eucalyptus.

What an amazing stay!! The hotel is beautiful, clean and has an amazing location. Ten minutes from two metro stations, extremely convenient. The neighborhood felt safe at any time of day. Most of all we have to praise the staff! Everybody was smiling and helpful but one definitely stood out! Valeria went above and beyond to help us, give us instructions and advice! She was absolutely the best! I have to admit that the first impression that i had of the hotel was bad. Before our actual trip we were trying to contact the property for some assistance.I was sending emails at different addresses, whatsapp messages and there was no reply. At some point i managed to find a telephone number and speak to a customer service who provided me with some basic info but that was it. Out actual stay changed our mind completely! The room was huge and so comfortable! We absolutely loved everything and was one of our best stays as a family!

We only stayed one night, but the hotel and staff did an amazing job to make us feel welcome and celebrate our honeymoon. The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious and quiet. If I were to come back to Milan, I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly service and nice hotel

Very friendly and helpful service, especially Luca on reception. The breakfast was good, the location was perfect and the rooms were large. The only complaints were that we had a room on the main road side of the building which was loud at night and the WiFi wasn’t good.

Great for a city break.

Rooms were large, clean, modern, spacious & well furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Didn’t try the breakfast as there were enough bakeries nearby to meet our needs. Great position on in the Porto Novo district close to the big Unicol & Uncredit towers with loads of bars and restaurants nearby to choose from. Also just a few minutes walk from a metro station and tram stop meaning it’s just a 10 min ride into the centre of the old town. Perfect for a good city break.

Excellent 3 night stay

Lovely hotel with very good service from all staff. Preferred to stay a little out of the centre of Milan to get better value and larger rooms. Underground car park at €35 per day. Breakfast was generally very good with lots of fresh fruit, pastries and a few hot items. Would prefer fresh fruit juice. Restaurant was closed for dinner at the weekend. Felt a safe area and main attractions of Milan were walkable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Best service by hotels staff EVER

The hotel is new, beautiful, conveniently located next to main public transportation hub but above everything their staff are just unbelievable, kind, compassionate, caring, always with a smile on their face and willingness to help. I forgot my laptop in the room and they were extremely extremely helpful in packing the computer and securing a shipment back to the United States I have no words to describe my gratitude to them.

Shower pressure wasn’t the best. Also didn’t have any reception on my cellphone for the entire stay, had this problem with 2 phones, 2 other worked great, not sure what that is about. Nice professional service, nice location, central. Spacious pretty rooms, comfortable beds. Ac working well!
