「Check in was good and easy to follow, elevator was slow, a faster elevator is needed, air conditioner is state of the art, but complaints will come if they don’t cool the room faster in the summer months, ants in the room by the windows need to be addressed and eliminated, room was impeccable, but insects in a room is not pleasant, not clear if water bottles and snacks were complimentary, please clarify it further; Overall, we had a nice stay and will come back and recommend others!」
