"The staff was extremely friendly and always asked about our comfort. Everyone we met was very helpful. The day we arrived, the street parking lot was full (even though the signs clearly say the lot is for hotel patrons only) and I was disappointed when the front desk clerk said they don’t monitor that. She did inform us of another parking area around back which was empty. It might be helpful to let patrons know that in advance. Otherwise, amazing hotel!"

"We had a nice, large room that was clean. The person at the counter was friendly and pleasant. Bed was a bit too mushy for my wife and I, as we were a bit sore in the morning in our backs and neck/shoulders, but not bad enough to be awful. TV cable box was unplugged, which took a while to realize why the TV didn't work. Once plugged in, we had to wait a while for the TV to set up. Some parts of room and bathroom could use new paint as it was chipped or peeling in numerous areas. Bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan for showers and looked a bit old and "worn", but was clean despite this. The eggs in the morning breakfast were not good...icky powder eggs, I believe. Despite these small imperfections we still had a good stay and its fine if you just need a place to sleep. "
