"I have made reservation through Hotels from the brief description on the site. But I was disappointed when I found that I have to drive more than 100 km from airport to reach to the location. I found a small house and no one there then a young man said this is the place but it is not a regular hotel, only bed and breakfast. The door was locked and the place keeper is out. "This was the 4th hotel we tried. Expedia let us book on the website and when we got there they were actually sold out. Huge back and force with your company wanting to repay us with room points or have the hotel directly pay us back even though they made no mistake. Ridiculous argument that did NOT need to happen. As we were searching for yet another hotel, a room opened up here and they let us stay. As we went to bed you STILL had rooms posted there as available on your site and would not take them down. Just ridiculous, shoddy service on your part. Thankfully the actual hotel came through for us. All I wanted was a good night's sleep before surgery the next morning. Expedia did NOT help."
