". Here's a possible feedback for you: The staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic - super helpful and friendly 😊. When we had an issue with the heating control panel, they were quick to respond and efficiently moved us to a new room 👍. The breakfast spread was great, with plenty of options to go around 😋. We really loved the dining area too - cozy and spacious, perfect for a relaxing start to the day 🍳. Overall, a top-notch stay, would definitely recommend!"

"Room is very small, which is a problem when travelling with 2 with lugguges. Unfotunately mattress is very old and squeaks with even small movement. Bathroom is ok, only issue is that there are only small towels, and they are not being changed every day. There are no big bath towels at all. Information passed via email are clear. In there room there was mini fridge and kettle- very nice. Overall it is ok, but very very basic, and for longer then 1-2 nights it is diffucult for the spine. "

"very basic hotel, no restaurant (misleading description given). Had to ask multiple times for fresh towels, coffee, milk, sugar etc as the maid kept forgetting to replace. Very noisy outsound during the night. Drunks seems to congregate outside. Bottle of water €6:50, which is a disgrace. Beakfast very basic, with little seating area. Definitely wont be staying again, worse hotel. I've stayed in during my visits to Dusseldorf."

"Loved the facilities and the easy check in process. However, my two items of feedback would be: 1. A second blanket for my partner. 2. Decorative touched to the room so it doesnt feel as blank. Other than that, 10/10 place to stay, recommend to anyone."
