Really easy to get to. Check in process really easy - don't need to worry about reception opening times. U-Bahn stop outside the door. Parking at the rear of the hotel.

Good off city location hotel with the ubahn stop right outside plus a mcdonalds for emergency food & drink. Free parking, easy access & hotel check in, quick no check out departure. Rooms are quite basic but clean and comfortable. Noise level was not great with other guests making noise and children running round, the thudding noises can be very annoying. Otherwise a comfortable stay with excellent access to dusseldorf city centre.

Price/performance ratio was ok. Room could have been cleaner (urine stone under toilet seat). However, what was absolutely unacceptable was the visibly moldy toast (photos available). The breakfast was therefore not only absolutely overpriced, but also simply a health risk! As no one was available (not even at the reception), I couldn't address this directly as I was in a hurry to my busines meeting. Check-in with registration number at check-in machine didn't work, even after trying 10min. Shortly after I received a mail that the registration was canceled by B&B. Not sure if this was due to my late arival afte 6pm.

Cute little hotel. Very basic, but super clean and location is convenient. The room was small and only had the basics (no fridge or coffee maker). That said, the bed was comfortable, I could easily adjust the temperature, it was very quiet (and hotel was full). And the shower pressure was very good. I will definitely consider staying there on my next visit to Düsseldorf. The value for the money was excellent.

We just stayed for a night and all of our needs which was just a room with all the basics for a comfortable stay for a night were met. A trash bin in the bedroom would have been nice though.

Dreadful experience - horrible administration

This might have been my worst hotel-experience in my entire life. I book a room for 3 days a month in advance. I messaged the hotel that I will be arriving late for check-in. They answer me multiple times that their reception is closed at my arrival and I will have to use the check-in machine. The day before my arrival I respond to this message that I will arriving late so I will use the machine. I arrive at the hotel and try to check-in using the machine. For 45 minutes I try to check-in using the info I got sent from the hotel. I tried calling their phone# but they were closed. I had no choice but no book a completly new room. I wake up the next morning and go down to the reception. The person doesn’t speak english, not a word. For 30 minutes he tries to find my booking. Finally he found why he couldn’t find my booking, his colleague had CANCELLED my booking because I didnt check in the night before. At 06:00 in the morning.... I was so frustrated at this point, i had to use google translate to communicate with the person in the reception. So I just asked the person in the reception to fix my booking. This was the absolute final straw, they said they couldnt book me, that I had to do it online, and that i couldn’t get access to my room until 15:00 that day... I just cant understand why they cancelled my booking, no message, no phone-call..NOTHING. Extremely unprofessional and just horrible experience in general. I have so much more to write, but no letters left

die Unterkunft ist modern, puristisch und sehr einfach und ausreichend zum Übernachten. Parkplätze sind auf der Strasse, rückseitig oder auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz vorhanden. die Zimmer sind sauber und das fast nicht vorhandene Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. mein Zimmer hatte einen eigenartigen Geruch, der mit Airfreshener und nonstop Lüften reguliert werden konnte. allerdings ist der Strassenlärm schon sehr dominierend. alles in allem eine gute Wahl, jedoch nicht noch einmal.

Das Hotel ist preiswert und gut. Es sind (einige) Parkplätze verfügbar, die allerdings 8 Euro pro Nacht kosten. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein unbefestigter Platz, auf dem man kostenlos parken kann. Bei Regenwetter ist es eine matschige Angelegenheit. Es gab ein Problem, dass das Fenster nicht geschlossen werden konnte. Es regnete stark. An Samstag nach 12 Uhr ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Ein Anruf bei der an der Rezeption ausgehängten Notfallnummer war erfolgreich. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten kümmerte sich ein Mitarbeiter um die Behebung des Schadens. Sehr gut!! Ein Problem macht der Zugang zum Hotel außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption. Die Eingabe des Zugangscode in das Zahlenfeld führte oftmals nicht dazu, das sich die Tür öffnet. Gibt man die Zahlen zu schnell ein oder zu langsam = die Tür bleibt zu. Hier muss nachgebessert werden!! Das ist frustrierend! Die Eingabe des gleichen Zugangscode an der Zimmertür funktioniert.
